GENERAL NOTES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL OUR INBOUND TOURS  

Any special requests like meals, wheelchair ,seating (aircraft) etc.. (e.g. For single rooms or particular diet) must be notified in writing when the booking is made. Whilst the supplier will endeavour to meet such requests they cannot be guaranteed and any failure to comply will not be a breach of contract.

RESERVATIONS, PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS

When we accept your booking, the payment of a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total invoiced amount is required for full confirmation. The balance is to be paid not later than 70 days prior to commencement of the services. When bookings are made within 70 days prior to the departure date, full payment is required immediately on written confirmation. If payments are not received within the above time frame, our representative has the right to cancel the tour which has been booked and retain any deposit received to set against expenses incurred in the booking of such a tour.

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking (after payment of deposit) and cannot be guaranteed until fully confirmed.

PRICES

Prices are usually quoted in US dollars. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Should prices or costs from suppliers increase due to inflation, currency depreciation and fuel surcharges, then we will not have any other option than to pass on the same to you. All suppliers reserve the right to increase prices at any time of the year when costs increase outside the control of our direct supplier.

Please note that when the clients' itinerary overlaps two seasons, the price will be prorated over the two seasons. Please take good care to read on "rates include/exclude" on your particular tour agenda.

CHILD RATE

The standard practice is applicable to one or two children under 12 years sharing a room with 2 adults. However this can change depending on the hotel policy.

BOOKING ALTERATIONS

Should you wish to make any changes to confirmed booking arrangements, we will endeavour to assist. But we will not guarantee as again in some countries there will be restriction on this. However where it is possible it will only be allowed if you notify the us in writing at least 65 days before you utilize the services. Such alteration may be subject to us$ 50 per person to cover administration costs and any further charges incurred or imposed by any of the suppliers in making the requested alteration.

We reserve the right to make changes to our brochure details and information on the website, holiday arrangements and to correct errors both before and after you have booked the holiday. This is mainly due to the fact that we believe that you should have a worthwhile holiday experience. Our suppliers reserve the right to substitute hotels of comparable status and make any changes in the itinerary where deemed necessary. In this event, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Optional excursions and additional services could be provided for which we will charge additionally
  • Visits to wild life parks will be at client's own risk.
  • Jeeps used for safaris are very basic with basic insurance cover (not comprehensive as in the case of vehicles used for tours).
  • CANCELLATION FEES

    The following fees will apply in the event of cancellation

  • Less than 6 weeks prior to departure - 40% of total cost.
  • Less than 4 weeks prior to departure - 60% of total cost.
  • Less than 2 weeks (14days) prior to departure - 100% of total cost.
  • HOTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • The official check-in time at all hotels will be 1200hrs.
  • The official check-out time at all hotels will be 1100hrs.
  • Cancellation policy will be applicable for any reduction of rooms after the release period.
  • VISAS

    Visas for nationals of 77 countries will be given free of charge on arrival at the Colombo international airport which is valid for 30 days. For further details, visit

    AIRPORT TAX

    Cost of airport tax is included to the flight ticket. However, this could differ for charter flights.
